Job Description:

  • Prepare documents, coordinate to set up internal or external meetings, take meeting minutes as required; 
  • Organise and manage working schedule, travel arrangements for the CEO; 
  • Communicate, monitor, follow up on assigned tasks of diffrent divisions and report to the CEO; 
  • Translate, interpret in meetings with foreign partners, clients; prepare written materials/documentation as required; 
  • Support other assigned administrators for the purpose of providing assistance with their functions and responsibilities; 
  • Participate in a variety of meetings and assist to keep good relationships with business partners, clients; 
  • Build your personal value in accordance with RSM Vietnam’s culture.


 

Requirements:

  • Background in relevant fields: finance, law, economy, languages,...; 
  • At least 2 years of experience as secretary or assistant; 
  • Good command of English (four skills), well-organized and a problem-solver; 
  • Good report, presentation skills and Microsoft skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; 
  • Collaborative, careful, meticulous, honest and having good moral qualities; 
  • Willing to go on business trips if required; 
  • Priority is given to candidates who had experience working in foreign companies, auditing firms, law firms, international organisations or who had experience working as business assistant.
