Job Description:
- Prepare documents, coordinate to set up internal or external meetings, take meeting minutes as required;
- Organise and manage working schedule, travel arrangements for the CEO;
- Communicate, monitor, follow up on assigned tasks of diffrent divisions and report to the CEO;
- Translate, interpret in meetings with foreign partners, clients; prepare written materials/documentation as required;
- Support other assigned administrators for the purpose of providing assistance with their functions and responsibilities;
- Participate in a variety of meetings and assist to keep good relationships with business partners, clients;
- Build your personal value in accordance with RSM Vietnam’s culture.
Requirements:
- Background in relevant fields: finance, law, economy, languages,...;
- At least 2 years of experience as secretary or assistant;
- Good command of English (four skills), well-organized and a problem-solver;
- Good report, presentation skills and Microsoft skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Collaborative, careful, meticulous, honest and having good moral qualities;
- Willing to go on business trips if required;
- Priority is given to candidates who had experience working in foreign companies, auditing firms, law firms, international organisations or who had experience working as business assistant.
